Today's car market isn't just about offering great deals on cars. It's also about delivering an exceptional online experience where potential buyers can explore and engage with services. This is precisely what we accomplished in our partnership with the Gezet Group, a company renowned for its top-notch customer service and innovative solutions. In recent years, they've focused on digitizing sales processes and implementing effective car marketing strategies, helping them stand out in a competitive market.

Our job was to enhance their platform so that their website benefits both customers and staff alike. The updates not only allowed the site to showcase car deals, but also provided unified information about showrooms. This was achieved by integrating existing tools and centralizing content management. By streamlining processes that were previously handled in stages, we made it easier for both parties to reach agreements faster and in a more informative and transparent environment. This project, apart from the analytical and dashboard, was completed in collaboration with our business partner, the Dealer Group.

Needs

To understand the full scope of this project, we need to go back to the beginning. The company identified key areas that required improvement: a responsive website, centralized management of car sales offers, better availability and quality of information about showrooms, more efficient automotive marketing and optimization of sales processes and customer service.

Recognizing that traditional communication and sales methods were no longer sufficient, the Gezet Group set out to find a solution. They needed something that would allow better data management, easier access to information, and improved marketing efforts through detailed analysis of user behavior.

Answering this call, DataDise stepped in to revamp the website. Our goal was to create a modern, integrated platform for dealer, which would serve as the main digital touchpoint for the company's customers.

Challenges

We were tasked with bringing together information about showrooms, as well as car and motorcycle deals from dozens of locations. The aim was to create a clear and user-friendly website for car dealers. The goal? To centralize the products and services on offer by bringing them together and directly linking the customer with the right person for each deal. All of this would provide the Gezet Group with valuable data, which could be used to improve the website and make business decisions easier.

Projects with many databases can quickly become complex, so careful planning of the architecture is crucial. Organizing data, preventing duplication, and optimizing queries are just a few of the considerations. Here are the challenges we had to tackle:

Offer Integration

A centralized website for car dealers presenting car and motorcycle offers, with easy access to information about each product.

Unification of information about showrooms

Development of a coherent system for presenting data about locations, available services, and special offers, which makes it easier for customers to navigate and make decisions.

Migration and content management

Efficient transfer of existing content to the new website structure, including articles, blogs, and informational materials, while maintaining the highest SEO standards for automotive websites.

Ensuring performance

Technical optimization of the service. The new responsive website was to achieve a loading time of less than 3 seconds, which is crucial for maintaining user attention and minimizing rejections.

Digital transformation in the car industry is a big challenge, but we tackled it head-on. From the initial idea, through planning and implementation, to the final tests and launch, DataDise made sure every stage of the project was handled meticulously, on schedule, and in line with the project's goals. Our commitment to quality control ensures that every meeting to review results is time well spent and a good investment.

UX/UI Design

We aimed to create a user-friendly and appealing interface that meets the needs of the car market. The design was intended to be intuitive and easy to use.

Implementation of dataLayer

We developed and introduced a sophisticated data layer that allows the collection of key metrics about user behavior.

Web analytics configuration

We set up analytical tools in a way that maximizes the knowledge gained from data and supports the marketing strategy.

Data aggregation

We implemented an advanced marketing dashboard that allows the aggregation of car offers and visualization of key data from various sources. This dashboard enables effective tracking of campaign results, analysis of user behavior, and real-time optimization of marketing activities.

Cookie Management Platform

To make sure the Gezet.pl website complies with personal data protection regulations, we used Cookiebot. This tool lets users control their personal data, ensuring full GDPR compliance. Google Consent Mode v2 Configuration

We implemented Google Consent Mode v2 to allow for more efficient data collection while maintaining user privacy. The goal is to raise privacy and security standards, but also to build more trust with customers by being more transparent in managing their personal data.


Result

The new, optimized, and mobile-friendly website has become a crucial part of the Gezet Group's sales and marketing strategy. The platform doesn't just increase the visibility of deals, it also enhances customer relationship management through integration with the DealerCRM system. Thanks to its features, the website now helps better understand customer needs. Plus, this digital transformation in the car industry also enables more targeted marketing and SEO efforts.

Feedback

In collaboration with the Gezet Group and the Dealer Group, DataDise successfully designed and launched a comprehensive website that has secured top spots in search engine rankings, in the market, and in the hearts of the system service staff.
