We are currently looking for experienced professionals for the position of Digital Analyst Lead.
Your main responsibility will be managing a team of analysts and leading projects related to advanced web analytics. You will be responsible for the strategy, implementation, configuration, and optimization of analytical tools to deliver comprehensive and valuable solutions to our clients, helping them make strategic business decisions. We are looking for a leader with a strong technical background who can effectively collaborate with marketing, technology, and business teams to understand their goals and tailor analytical tools to meet their needs. Responsibilities:
Planning, task delegation, and mentoring of the team to ensure effective implementation, configuration, and optimization of various analytical tools.
Responsibility for configuring and optimizing analytical tools across multiple platforms that enable monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on user behaviors and marketing campaign performance.
Designing and implementing advanced tracking scripts for in-depth analysis of user behaviors on websites and mobile applications. Implementing custom tags and configuring tracking solutions in various analytical systems.
Integrating analytical tools with various marketing and technology systems to maximize campaign effectiveness and deliver comprehensive insights from multiple data sources.
Supporting data analysis from various sources, such as analytical tools, CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and others, to understand user behaviors, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations that support clients’ business goals.
Regularly conducting audits of existing analytical solutions and identifying opportunities for optimization to increase data precision and analysis efficiency.
Close collaboration with clients’ internal teams, marketing agencies, and technology teams to understand their business needs and tailor analytical tools to meet these requirements.
Developing and implementing comprehensive analytical strategies that include various analytical tools and their integration with other systems such as CRM, marketing automation tools, or e-commerce systems.
Monitoring the compliance of analytical solutions with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and implementing appropriate privacy protection mechanisms in analytical tools.
Conducting training and workshops for internal teams and clients on best practices for using analytical tools, regardless of the specific ecosystem.
Maintaining and developing long-term client relationships by providing personalized recommendations that support their business and technology goals.
Basic Requirements:
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and other analytical and mar-tech tools, with an emphasis on integration and optimization of online marketing activities. Knowledge of JavaScript at a level that allows for creating advanced rules and tags in GTM, including configuring and measuring events for advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads). Ability to design and implement data architecture and measurement strategies following industry best practices. Understanding data privacy standards and practices, including GDPR and CMP integration.
Understanding of Mar-Tech and MarketingOps Processes:
Deep understanding of integration and business processes related to mar-tech tools such as CRM, DMP, marketing automation, and other related technologies. Ability to identify and achieve key business objectives using analytical and mar-tech technologies. Capability to implement solutions that effectively support clients’ business goals.
Management Skills:
Experience in team management, including task planning, supervision of execution, performance evaluation, and team skill development. Ability to organize and conduct client meetings, including presenting analysis results, recommendations, and implementation strategies. Experience in managing and monitoring service subscriptions.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills. Independence in action. Ability to multitask.
Languages:
Very good command of English, both spoken and written (minimum B2/C1 level) - communication with international clients and agencies.
Additional Advantages:
Certifications in digital analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM, DAA). Knowledge of additional mar-tech tools and analytical platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Tealium, or Segment. Experience in optimizing marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, particularly in terms of analyzing ROI and conversion efficiency. Experience working with automotive industry clients, understanding the specifics of the automotive market, and the ability to tailor analytical strategies to meet the needs of this sector.
